"Wow! This was so darn tasty. I first served it for Christmas Brunch and it was a big hit. I used half & half in place of heavy cream, simply because it's what I had on hand, and I don't think it makes a difference. Perfectly fluffy, creamy egg, salty bacon, tangy cheese and the perfect amount of spinach: This is a keeper!"
"Very good! Added 1/2 cup of water at the sweet potato stage, which Bal did on the show but isn't in the recipe, and it was perfect. Had to use ground coriander instead of whole seed due to availability. Served over fluffy basmati rice for a flavorful, healthy "Meatless Monday" dinner. Would absolutely make again.""
