“I made these for our weekly breakfasts. I doubled the recipe and got almost 32 mini loaves (I used an pan with 8 mini loaves). I mashed all the bananas and added a warm honey butter mixture that I drizzled on top of each loaf before baking instead of sliced bananas. They came out scrumptious! ”
