I made these on cookie sheets and made 2 dozen cookies. Baking time was 12 minutes. Soft and chewy texture and delicious combo of flavors. This one is a keeper!

So tasty! I added more liquid during cooking because I served it right after cooking, I did not chill it. Just add enough to make it the creamy consistency you like; I used more stock but you could probably increase the milk instead. Served it with Anne's beef short ribs, excellent pairing. Ina never disappoints.

Fantastic!! Interesting, complex flavor, next time I may cut back on the mustard just a bit. Definitely will make this again. I served this with whole grain baguette toasted in the oven with a bit of olive oil. Don't skip the goat cheese and thyme on top!

Excellent, as always, from Anne. I used boneless short ribs, they still worked well. I do not understand the " too salty" comments....this is salt to taste, no amounts are given, so salt to your liking but DO salt each layer. Served with Ina's rosemary polenta, excellent pairing.

Use leftover sauce to make soup....yummy! There is so much flavor in the sauce it makes excellent soup, thin with water, add veggies and leftover beef if you have it.

Wow! So good!! Made these for co-workers and they flipped over them. I substituted fresh raspberries for the cherries and used just one per individual cake, excellent combo. This frosting is the same one that Ree uses for her red velvet cake, I believe, and it is fantastic. Next time make 1/2 the amount of the frosting and 1/3 of the ganache to avoid...

This is one of my go-to shrimp recipes. I pair it with lemon, basil, Parmesan spaghetti. Yummy! "I would probably give this 4.5 stars if I could. I liked the almonds in the crust, and the cheesecake was not bland at all. The only change I will make next time is to double the peach part because I would like a more pronounced peach flavor. This is worth making for sure. Easy and delicious."
