A very good recipe, solid four star and maybe a bit higher since it's a healthy recipe. I reduced the olive oil to cut some calories but I don't think this changed the flavor. I would make it again. I grilled the veggies on the outdoor grill and the scallops in my grill pan, I might do those on the outdoor grill as well next time.

This is AMAZING! I didn't have sherry vinegar so I used white wine vinegar instead...since I plan to make this over and over, I will pick up some sherry vinegar for next time and see if it makes a difference. Absolutely delicious - just don't over cook the pork, that is the one way you could mess this up.

I love every one of GZ's recipes and this one is no exception. I think he may be my new favorite chef! I used the feta instead of the ricotta salata - added it at the end, to answer the poster's question. I subbed kalamata olives for the nicoise and they were fine. Worth making. More quality cooking shows like this one, FN!!!

Another fantastic recipe from Ina! I used a Wilton pan and got 17 doughnuts filling them 3/4 full. Don't overfill or the hole will close up. Wipe off any batter that drips on the center as you fill them. Mine baked for 15 minutes. I dipped them only once in the butter and cinnamon sugar, no need to do both sides. Excellent! Will make these again...

I agree, not low calorie. I am going to try this using mango to replace the peanut butter and Nutella. That will greatly reduce the calories and the flavor combo of banana and mango with the yogurt will be tasty. Could also use low fat instead of whole milk yogurt.

This was tasty and a good recipe to change up for different flavors. The texture was hard if you let it freeze longer; creamier if you freeze only til firm. I like the idea of no added sugar, only the sweetness of the banana (make sure they are VERY ripe). Of course the Nutella has sugar in it too. Next time I will try with the banana, yogurt...

So tasty! I added more liquid during cooking because I served it right after cooking, I did not chill it. Just add enough to make it the creamy consistency you like; I used more stock but you could probably increase the milk instead. Served it with Anne's beef short ribs, excellent pairing. Ina never disappoints.
