UNBELIEVABLY GOOD! I only had 1C of cream on hand so I used that with 3C of whole milk, still super creamy, I really didn't think it suffered at all. I also used truffle oil instead of the truffles. This is so heavenly, I couldn't stop saying YUMMMM. I saw Melissa use Scott's recipe and make the polenta in a crock pot, I will try that next time....

"This was good but I probably won't make it again...I prefer the flavor and texture of a baked cheesecake. The recipe states all milk chocolate but on the show she said 100g dark chocolate and the rest milk chocolate, which is what I did. I would not recommend using all milk chocolate, I think you need the dark or else it would be too sweet. "

A very good recipe, solid four star and maybe a bit higher since it's a healthy recipe. I reduced the olive oil to cut some calories but I don't think this changed the flavor. I would make it again. I grilled the veggies on the outdoor grill and the scallops in my grill pan, I might do those on the outdoor grill as well next time.

This is AMAZING! I didn't have sherry vinegar so I used white wine vinegar instead...since I plan to make this over and over, I will pick up some sherry vinegar for next time and see if it makes a difference. Absolutely delicious - just don't over cook the pork, that is the one way you could mess this up.

I love every one of GZ's recipes and this one is no exception. I think he may be my new favorite chef! I used the feta instead of the ricotta salata - added it at the end, to answer the poster's question. I subbed kalamata olives for the nicoise and they were fine. Worth making. More quality cooking shows like this one, FN!!!

Another fantastic recipe from Ina! I used a Wilton pan and got 17 doughnuts filling them 3/4 full. Don't overfill or the hole will close up. Wipe off any batter that drips on the center as you fill them. Mine baked for 15 minutes. I dipped them only once in the butter and cinnamon sugar, no need to do both sides. Excellent! Will make these again...

I recommend cooking the shrimp just until done, I think leaving them in the sauce for 5 minutes after searing them will result in overlooked shrimp, not good.
