"These lentils are amazing. The vinegar at the end completely transforms it from good to fabulous. I made it for a dinner party and did them an hour in advance then reheated, added some fresh thyme and parsley and the vinegar. Delicious!"
"I love Emeril and this recipe is a good one. Very easy and I even tripled it and it turned out. It is SUPER chocolate-ee, though. I mean really, really chocolate-eeee. My guests ate it and everyone enjoyed it but next time I will choose a different recipe. It was just too intense for me."
