"Loved this. My friend from Fiji came to teach me how to make great roti's and with this curry and some of the cocnut coriander chutne(made it with yoghurt tho) and a sweet mango chutney to accompany, this was a fantastic meal! The spices are so tastfully combined and I love how healthy it is!""
"Love this recipe.. Didnt have cocnut cream the day we made but substituted thick plain yoghurt. Was great, however next time made it with thinner cheaper yoghurt and it didnt work so well. The pakoras themselves were a bit crumbley as mashed some chilli beans as no refried. This made them alittle wet so added more chickpea flour hence the crumbli""
"After making unspicey pizzas for years this was an awesome change.. Mine was made with a few variations.. had no fresh cherry tomatoes, used canned and pineapple chunks. Otherwise was as per recipe, had only carraway seeds (not Aijwan too) YUM. All good!""
