"These potatoes are delicious! I used the oven method. As a personal family preference, I used Rosemary instead of Sage, and lots of garlic for me! I paired it with Jamie Deen's Crispy Chicken Cutlets, and a Caprese Salad. Great combination! "

I am giving this 3 stars because I don't think it's fair to give a bad rating based on the taste buds of my family and I. I can see how people would go crazy for this, but we want to taste shrimp, crab and butter. It was too "tangy" for us. I love Emeril and will continue to enjoy his TV shows.

"I will never use another mac & cheese recipe. I made this for my daughter's grad party. It went so quickly, she didn't even get any. The pan was scraped clean. I used Cavatappi instead of elbows. I beat the potatoes with milk, butter & cheese.

"These were so good and so easy! I used to go to a restaurant that had THE best pickles. I've never come across anything even close to how good they were. This is it! I like pickles that are garlicky with a lot of Dill flavor, but not too salty or sour. You can make these however you like! No sour taste, and very crunchy. I did the same as the reviewer below...left them on the counter and then refrigerated. I even saved the brine. Maybe I'll throw some tomato slices in there! Yum.
