"I plan to try this but lighten it up with Low fat cheeses and a Low Fat Ham, Skim evaporated milk. I also can use whole grain pasta to make it healthier. I might also use asparagus instead of the peas to cut a few more calories. Also I think using less amount of the cheeses might help or even only three instead of four different cheeses. Howev"
"I love Broccoli, so I just had to try this. Only thing I did different is blend the seasonings into the Ricotta and spread the Ricotta onto the Provolone instead of dollops. Then I put the steamed Broccoli Florets on and covered with a Blend of Shredded Mozzarella, Provolone and Parmesan. It was absolutely wonderful! Definitely will be making ..."
