"OMG!! There were MEN taking great honking serving spoons of this and eating plain, on everything, you name it!! They put it on top of the Pumpkin Filo rolls - I didn't think those things could get anymore delicious but BAM! Another instant classic!!

"This pumpkin strudel will become a family favorite! It was delicious, moist, and not the heavy dessert that the traditional pies present at the end of a big Thanksgiving dinner. This was fab with the bourbon cranberry dressing added on top of a dollop of vanilla ice cream!! Touche'"
"I feel bad only giving this a four star rating, it was absolutely scrummy!! The reserved rating is because as a family we still gravitate to what has been our traditional stuffing. (You know, The herbed bread cubes with roasted root vegetables, lots of butter, chicken stock and Bell's Poultry Seasoning.) But I would make and serve this stuffing"
