"Chuck I love your show. I tried this whole recipe - Peking Duck Noodle Soup, Shrimp Dumplings (we call them gyoza) and spicy orange sauce, and Szechuan Peppercorn Pancakes. . The recipes were easy to follow and my family loved the tastes. None of had had Peking Duck before. What a treat. "
