Reviewed Spiced Ginger Rum Balls

"I made these last night and refrigerated them, thinking that the consistency would be that of regular rum balls. I did add more rum than the recipe called for.

I rolled mine in coconut and confectioners sugar for a variation. Try adding pecans or walnuts to this recipe. They are great!!!
