"WONDERFUL PASTA SALAD
We loved this salad and plan to serve it often. My husband even ate the brocolli. HOWEVER, the pasta water needs LOTS OF SALT in order to flavor the pasta and the vegetable!! Water needs to taste salty before adding the pasta!!"
My family loved this. I served it with Jamie's Bowtie Pasta Salad which is delicious. Had all ingredients on hand and found this meal to be cost effective. I am going to use this marinade on pork cutlets as well. "

I have always enjoyed cooking. Was in 4-H for four years. Won many 1st and 2nd place ribbons at the Indiana State Fair. Started out collecting recipes from newspapers, magazines, etc. Many of my recipes are over 50 years old. For many years I have been collecting cookbooks. I love to eat good food!
