"Great recipe. I used bittersweet chips instead of semi, and used a leveled #40 scoop and yielded 36 cookies. I used the 1/4 t of cayenne and it has a lovely after-burn...definitely not too hot though. I also use Penzy's medium chili powder so mine may be a bit hotter than a mild chili powder.
