"I just made this because I'm trying to get more protein in my diet (I'm mostly vegetarian). I found it a bit bland at first so went heavy on the lemon juice and cumin, then added maybe a half chipotle chile with the adobo sauce, which added a nice smoky flavor and a bit of a kick.
