"Family loved it. Used much more olive oil than recipe called for to brown chicken and saute garlic
cloves. Also substituted a cup of Pinot Noir in place of dry white wine. Make sure to serve with your favorite bread, as you will not want to waste a drop of this delicious sauce!"
