"I read some of the reviews so I expected to cook it longer and I did. Unfortunately, it turned out doughy and dull. It was sugary but not tasty. I followed the recipe to a tee, and when I took it out, it wasn't done, so I put it back in for another 10 minutes. It was done, but the crust wasn't. It was greasy and doughy. I would have given it "
"This was really good. I used the parboiled brown rice in the envelope (2 cups of rice) because that was what I had. It was dinner for two, so I cut the sauce recipe in half to go with the reduced amount of rice. We will definitely have this again."
"OMG! This was wonderful! Moist, flavorful. We will make this again. For the reviewer who said it was bland back in November, I have a thought. We have fish a lot, and I love fish, but I cannot stand cod. I think it is bland and bad tasting. I've tried it many times, but it never gets better. Even breaded and fried, it tastes bland! If you used cod,"
"I was worried about messing up this beautiful roast with an untried cooking method (untried for me, that is!). We like our beef on the rare side, so I turned off the oven after about 45 minutes. Followed the directions precisely in every other way. It was perfectly medium rare and the outside of the meat was crisp and salty good! Not too salty, b"
"Tasty and interesting! We bravely tried this recipe though we've never had Yorkshire pudding! It puffed up well beyond the muffin tins, and was golden and beautiful. It fell only slightly when taken out of the oven. What a beautiful presentation on the table with the rib roast! Everyone enjoyed them!"
"Very good! If you take time ahead to measure, chop, grate, etc. and have it all ready, this dinner was ready for the table in just about 10 minutes! It is a little bland, as you can tell from the ingredient list, but a couple pinches of ground cayenne pepper and a little Kosher salt make it great!"
"Very Moist and Tasty! I cut this in half, used 1 whole egg, instead of egg white (oops), and I used packaged bread crumbs. It was really good! I watched the show, and I'm glad because I wouldn't have thought the consistency was correct if I hadn't seen it first. The raw meatloaf is much more wet and doesn't form as well as those made from grou"
