Excellent. I added 1 pound of well cooked thin spagetti, and an extra egg, with a touch more lemon juice, lots of garlic (fresh picked garlic mild, a good bit of Italin Parsley, tempered the sauces like recipe says to do and it was simply outragous taste. B"

"First, the dough was pretty heavy. I tried rolling it thinner than the 1/8" but it was difficult. There was just to much dough & that is all you could taste once cooked.

Secondly for the filling I used half chicken (white and dark & half ground pork. Chicken just would have been to bland.

Cooked the dumplings as instructed but they were 'dense' so decided to boil them for 10 mintues to lighten the dough. This made them taste better than rocks.

The sauce was terrible & salty. Added lots more vinegar, water & a few more things which made it much better. There was no reason to add as much soy sauce as was called for. This was a crazy amount & someone had to have made a mistake when reinterpreting this recipe!!

I would strongly suggest if you love dumplings research other recipes because something is definitely missing from this one. We did end up eatting my dumplings however we all agreed there was room for improvement. "

"It's good. I added a bit of light cream and some meat tenderizer to this recipe, a bit more meat, and other spices. At the end I added some sour cream with flour at the end to thicken sauce.

Someone suggested omitting the cream of mushroom here. Please don't. This is a recipe that needs the cream of mushroom.
