"Oh my goodness, just made these and it was so much easier than I expected. They are super yummy, and very fun to make the marshmallow filling. Who knew it was so easy to make marshmallow? Perfect to let my 5 year old son help make the "sandwiches" (a little messy but well worth it)!""
