Hi. RE: Grainy Texture. Perhaps eggs got scrambled. I think it helps if you get eggs up to room temp. This way they are even warmer when its time to temper.

Really full of chocolate gooey goodness. The flavor was just as I remember when I used a box mix and of course I loved that! But really prefer baking now. I think adding a bit more flour or cocoa powder next time to take some of the gooeyness away would be one of the changes. Also, a handful more chunks would be nice. I used semi & white chocolate...
