"This was a DELICIOUS dish. So EASY to make. Deep and rich and not a lot of fat. I cubed up boneless chuck steak. The TV show said to do the first part for 3 hours and the 2nd for another 3. The written recipe breaks it up into 1.5 hr segments. Overall the 6-7 hrs made the beef fall apart and juicy. I served it with a Quinoa pilaf. The flav"
