"It's very, very filling! I had a small second serving and now I'm stuffed.
A half a tablespoon of cayenne pepper scared the bejeebers out of me, so I only put in a half a teaspoon. It didn't give a big kick, so if I make it again, I'd put a little more in. Not sure I'd like the full half a tablespoon, though....
