"Delicious! And so easy to make. I was looking for a vegetarian dish, this was perfect. I did not add fennel (forgot to buy) but did add a bit more milk, maybe 1/4 cup.
And I cheated on the crust. Used biscuits in a can :), rolled them together into one piece of dough.
I will make this again for sure."
"I just made this recipe. Honestly, it came out like a big mess. It lacks in flavor (and I used all ingredients and more!), the noodle stick together even after being tossed with oil and the the whole dish is very dry. Overall, it's not bad but needs BIG improvement. I doubt it's what Chinese eat at home :)"
"The best and easiest banana bread recipe yet! I added half white and half wheat flour and used a 1/4 cup less flour overall. Baked in electric oven for 55-60 minutes using a metal pan. Came out great. Perfect texture, not too dry to fall apart and not too moist to be sticky. Love it. Btw, this is the first recipe by Emeril I used. ""
"I love Ina!! I have her cookbook and made several recipes from it with big success. I made this cheesecake for the first time (my first cheesecake ever) on Valentine's Day. I followed the recipe precisely except I cut the lemon zest in half. The hardest part was waiting for it to bake, cool and set. And no cracks!! which I hear is common with cheesecakes. It was sooooo easy and the cake turned out delicious, moist and velvety...mmmmmmm! Make it! You'll succeed even if you've never baked before.
