"Never made cornbread before and had to do it perfectly so I borrowed a cast iron skillet. It was so easy and so awesome! I even found the frozen creamed corn (Meijer) and I used the cayenne pepper. My guests were so impressed: bread was moist, but not too moist with a nice crispy bottom! I liked it a lot, will make again sans the cayenne : O""
