Reviewed McIntosh Maple Crumble with Candied Bacon

"Loved the mix of sweet, salty, and heat. I substituted turkey bacon coated with brown sugar and baked on my Silpat. I coated the apples with a combo of a strong rum, maple syrup and a bit of brown sugar. I share this recipe and will make this again."
