My gnocchi were probably closer in size to 2 teaspoons than 1 teaspoon. I cooked them as directed in a pot of salted SIMMERING water���.not boiling. "I almost didn't make this recipe b/c of the negative reviews. I am glad I didn't listen to them, because the dish was amazing. I used tilapia, which worked beautifully. I also used baby spinach instead of radicchio because I had some in the house. I also had a Meyer lemon lying around, and used that in the vinaigrette.
