"I made this for Mother's Day brunch and everyone loved it! It was very easy to make and I followed the recipe exactly except that I did add about 3 or 4 sliced mushrooms to the vegetables when I sauteed them. My oven was already hot from roasting bacon in it so the frittata actually only took about 8 minutes to cook. I will definitely make this"

"I made this for an appetizer for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it! Caramelizing the onions took much longer than 15 minutes, though - I'm not sure why this was the case (this was my first time making caramelized onions). The time it took was certainly worth it because the flavors were wonderful. I would definitely make this again.
