"I, too, had the problem of following the recipe exactly but the center of the brownie was raw. Maybe an 8x8 pan is too small to accommodate all the batter and bake the brownies to doneness? Extra minutes in the oven still didn't help. I used a Pyrex glass baking dish. Is this a recipe for a double recipe?"
