"This recipe was great! I made it per the recipe. To garnish, we used shredded iceberg lettuce (since that is what our local restaurant uses), radish, onion, cilantro, and crispy toasted corn tortillas. "This was quick and easy. The whole family enjoyed it! This has lots of possibilities to use what you have on hand (substituting different veggies and meat). I've been looking for a new pasta recipe as a change from red sauce. This fits the bill!!
