"I pretty much followed this recipe except I left out the celery, used 1 Spanish and 1 vidalia onion, and doubled up on the dry ingredients. I also added about a dozen Tbsp sugar because a fussy family member complained it was too spicy. I got high praise from everyone, including a friend who owns a restaurant and her head chef."
