"This *looked* good on the show, so I thought I'd give it a try. I wasn't sure I would really warm to the lemon flavor. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. Despite the 1/4 cup of oil it was light and refreshing. I would definitely make this again, and I'd serve it to guests."
