"Yum! Next attempt, I think I would omit the water (or add a small amount) and/or even a tad more marscapone (my preference)."
"Yummy! Had to improvise when it came to tumeric. Instead, used a blend ground mustard, curry and coriander- these added a nice flavor- not overpowering. Other adjustment: buttermilk was accompanied by dijon and brown sugar.

"Very tasty!!!. Sauce is on point. As Kelsey indicates, there is a lot of sauce but it fully needed given the noodle quantity. My adjustment: used thin spaghetti, since did not have egg noodles. Boiled them in bouillon/water and reserved it for the sauce. Also, added more ginger/garlic to taste.

"Fabulous family pleaser! Much better than takeout. Chicken has a great flavor and retains its crispiness. The sauce is delicious and has a nice balance of flavor. Omitted the addition of soy sauce to the sauce (enough sodium). Didn't miss it. Made it last night along with the Shrimp Lo Mein. ""
"These are spot on :) They went perfectly with tea. The taste and texture are great! Plus they are super easy to make. Thanks Bobby, really enjoying your brunch ideas.""
"These shakes turned out great! So yummy!""
"Really wanted to love this but it was just OK. It needs some tweaking. Once they are made, I'm sure it will be good. Although less healthy, may try frying the chicken may add flavor and allow the sauce to clung to the meat. Ginger is not listed here but may be needed. Anyway, will re attempt. Love Ching's show and recipes!!! Very refreshing. ""
