"I thought this recipe was very yummy!! I made a few changes though, I used only 1 lemon for the rind and juice instead of two. I also added fresh spinach to the end of the pasta cooking, which made a great addition to this dish. I loved the tangy sauce and the roasted veggies, thanks Giada!!!"

"I loved this recipe, i didn't have swiss chard handy so I used up my fresh spinach, I also changed out the chicken for chicken sausage. The porcini mushrooms really give this recipe great flavor and the marscapone---ooh so creamy and luscious!! Everyonebody in my house loved this recipe!!"
