"It was an easy recipe to follow as all of Kelsey's recipes are. The taste was good but not the greatest and I did not get a crispy crust as seen on the show. I can say it is a good bread but more of a common baguette not a near substitute for sourdough baguette. I'd make it again as there are many uses for bread. It made great crostini."
"Very tasty dip and chip recipe. Love to watch Michael Symon cook and would like to see more of his mom's and grandma's recipes on his show. Everything he cooks is creative and delicious and have to tape his show in order to see it."
"Roger is a fabulous innovative cook who doesn't leave out a detail. The cod fritters with 3 sauces is over the top. As an Italian cook, I serve these with marinara sauce and make a similar batter so I welcome his versatility."
"Daisy Martinez is a delight to watch cook and I love her authentic, honest food. She's clean looking and neat and and very explicit in outlining her recipes. Her dishes are absolutely flavorful and I've proudly made them several times. Viva Daisy should be on Food Channel or Food Network more often."
