"These are so good. Like some other people said, I used plain greek yogurt instead of creme fraiche in the sauce and it was great. I've also made this with quinoa instead of couscous. I prefer the couscous because it ends up being a lot of quinoa to chew, but it's definitely an option."

"I make this recipe all the time and I love it. I skip the red onion but I put all the rest in. I also don't peel the tomatoes, just take the seeds out so it isn't watery.

I am obsessed with panzanella so I alternate between this one, Ina's Greek Panzanella, and just the plain old bread, mozzarella, and balsamic vinegar variety. "

As someone said below, make sure you ask them for the biggest calamari tubes they have. I had leftover stuffing that I just made into patties and we ate them like crab cakes. That was delicious too. It can take a while to do in my apartment with just a little grill pan, but would be much faster on a real grill. Grilling makes otherwise bland zucchini have a lot of flavor. "These are so delicious. I used raspberry jam instead of strawberry. Definitely go a little sparingly on the water in the glaze or it can be pretty watery. My friends loved these scones!
