"DELICIOUS! I am so glad I found this... I didn't use avocado (although I know it is good for you, I wanted to cut some of the calories)... BUT I KNOW it would have been just that much better... For the greens, I used 50/50 spring mix instead of straight romaine but the simple "dressing" was so bright tasting... Makes sense to me. I love how little"
