"This recipe is FANTASTIC and I make it about twice a month! It is delicate, very light, easy to prepare, and reheats well. I've recently prepared it with a little extra garlic, cannelllini beans, and a pinch of saffron for a little variation. My husband is not a huge fan of calamari and enjoys it too.
