"Excellent. This makes a lot of soup, too. As the week went on, I added more water or broth to the mix to stretch it out even longer. The only thing I may change is to leave out the garbanzo beans - those are not my favorite. And I might puree a bit to turn this into a "stoup" next time, too. This one is a keeper!""

"This definitely took more than an hour to prepare! But it was good. I used smoked Gruyere cheese instead of provolone and used a mix of portobellas, oyster, and shitake mushrooms. The previous reviewer mentioned the recipe being too wet, so I only used as much of the mushroom broth as looked "right" to me and it turned out fine. The recipe says ""
