"Excellent. This makes a lot of soup, too. As the week went on, I added more water or broth to the mix to stretch it out even longer. The only thing I may change is to leave out the garbanzo beans - those are not my favorite. And I might puree a bit to turn this into a "stoup" next time, too. This one is a keeper!""
