"I made this strudel today, followed the direction and what a delicious thing to eat. You must make and refrigerate the filling over night. A bit of work with the phyllo but worth it. I love seeing duff with his mom baking together ..Wow!"
"I substituted walnuts for almonds ,used 1/3 cup oat 1/3 cup flour for topping used light sour cream ,and baked the cake for 50 minutes in a spring form cake. The cake was light and moist my family loved it. I rate it a 4 because I altered the receipt and yes to much salt for the topping since I used sea salt."
