โ€œis was absolutely delicious! I have made many pasta sauces, and Giada's recipes for most of them- and I think this is the best one yet! Yes, you do need to like lamb for this recipe. Not overpowering, however, a distinctly different taste. I think beef eaters would be pleasantly surprised! The mint is a subtle touch at the end to bring everything... โ€

โ€œThis is by far, the most delicious thing I have made in the last 5 years!!!!! Hands down, delicious! I highly recommend making your own chicken broth for it! Super easy if you cook a whole chicken in a crock pot. UH-MAZING! I used Parmesan instead of Feta because its what I had on hand, it was still delicious. โ€
