"This is so fantastic! I used lime in place of lemon, Siracha, chipolte powder, no green peppers only red and yellow, lots more onion to marinate the flank steak and all the veggies. "Good! I used Flank due to the pricing this week. Did not use peppers. All in all I should have made this recipe when I saw it in my FoodNetwork Magazine. I served it with Hot and Sour soup to which I added more tofu and tossed in some Ramen noodles. A keeper!
