“I made this for my dad's 56th birthday, he is a big chocolate fan. The cake is very rich. I used trader joes 70% chocolate instead of bakers chocolate. Everyone loved it! I also added a tsp of espresso power in the cake batter as well to bring out the chocolate flavor. ”

“Super quick and easy ���.My favorite kind of meal to prepare after a long day. I did cut this recipe in half which works out well for 2-3 servings. I also made it with whole wheat pasta to add some fiber (if you don't like the whole wheat nutty flavor try dream fields or smart taste they cook white and taste like regular pasta but have the fiber! ”
