"I used ground lamb (because I love it) and mini pitas. I cooked them on a rack over a cookie pan so they wouldn't sit in fat. I did a tiny tester and found it not very flavorful so I added more garam masala and served it with home made tzatziki. They were wonderful. They also re-heat great in a toaster oven which is great as during the work week I prefer to re-heat leftovers that I made for the weekend."
