"So, so good! Better than any breakfast casserole I've ever had. We made it exactly as written, but I think you could play with the ingredients a lot. Both the hashbrown crust and the filling took longer to cook than written, but well worth the wait! It was even better warmed up the next day. We will make this a lot. "
