This was a great brine recipe, it made my house smell delicious! I roasted my turkey in a baking bag. Next time I will just roast in the oven as Ree did. The turkey roasts a lot faster in the bag but doesn't have the crispy skin.
The cranberry sauce from this show was fantastic. Thanks Ree
