"My crowd ate these chili dogs so quickly that I had to make another batch just so I could eat one! I substituted one can of tomatoes for diced tomatoes with green chilies and used a half pound of 99% white ground chicken with a half pound of ground bison which gave the chili a really good beefy flavor. The spice measurements do need to be adjust"
