"I made this and it was delicious, but I had a problem with my batter sticking not sticking to the fish and sticking to the pan. I used more oil than depicted in the video and let it get hot. My fish was brought to room temp and soaked in the batter for 5 mins or so. I lightly seasoned the fish and batter with old bay. Any suggestions? Anyone e"
"This is so simple it's almost funny. I use a lighter cream and still get away with a delicious meal, but naturally heavy cream would be that much more wonderful. I've used thicker (1 1/2"chops to give more heft. Done the gnocchi with the mustard sauce and that is good too."
"On a restrictive diet and used FF ricotta, Splenda, and 1/2 the honey and it still turned out fabulous! The basil was a great alternative to the usual mint...in fact, it is now a go to with this and other dessert recipes."
