About Me

I'm a Mom of 3 & a Grandmom of 8. I work for a middle school & have for 10yrs. Married for 26 yrs. to a wonderful husband and father. We Love to cook! This past summer I was diagnosed with Diabetes. Me at 50. I thought cooking would be difficult & not very much fun anymore, boy was I wrong. The substitutions you can make are amazing.
