"Great recipe, I had 1 small tenderloin so I used 1/2 teaspoons of everything and did a quarter teaspoon of paprika as it seems to get strong and dominate. Being from Tennessee had to add a teaspoon of Organic Maple Syrup to give it a little Southern twist tasted GREAT! Browned it on the stovetop in an iron skillet and baked it off for 30 min. Used"
