"Really good eats, worth trying. I used fresh peaches (not able to find fresh apricots. I also skipped the haselnuts, also not able to find. Overall the the flavors melded well and the recipe was really good, I plan to make it again soon. "
"Not bad and worth trying. Was a first for me in attempting to fry mashed (smashed, all the same potato's. Did take a bit of getting the oil temp just right, but all turned out decent. Has lots of flavor too. Dish is easy, does have a fair amount of light busy work though. Over all in my book, practice makes perfect and I am a ways off, so few more"
"The Chili for the Chili dog, works great. 'A' for effort and concept, but as chili go's needs work. Somethings in life are not meant to be healthy and chili is not. You can get it close, but. I modify the recipe, I added one 10 ounce can of Rotel (mild). and a 2nd can of red kidney beans, with 1 cup of veg stock . I also added a tad bit more chili"
