"This recipe is OK for a lite pie but it's not a correct Florida Key Lime Pie. Instead of using the "topping" mixed in with the condensed milk and lime juice use 3-4 egg yolks instead; folded into the lime juice and milk, and poured into a basic ready-made graham cracker crust.
