"Amazing! The best salsa that i've ever had. As good as, if not better than Rojo.
Instead of grilling the veggies i charred them under the broiler. I took the veggies off the pan as they got done. The garlic finished first, the tomatoes took the most time. Just keep checking on it every few minutes.
